We would like to inform you that Moxa is going to make changes to the TCF-142 Series.
These changes will be implemented from August 2021.
Please review the details below to determine how these changes will affect your products and/or operations.
What will change?
We will change the CPLD code of the TCF-142 Series. This is because we found that in some scenarios, when using point-to-point mode, serial devices may keep sending the 0 signal over 500ms, and it may get dropped in the TCF-142 version v3.3.1.
The “dropping behavior” was originally designed to filter abnormal signals. To fulfill various use cases, this feature will be disabled, which will allow for the 0 signal over 500ms not to be dropped in version TCF-142 v3.3.2 when using point-to-point mode.
