ThingsPro Gateway Series software is available for download from the Moxa website and the final version of the software will continue to be available for download after it is discontinued.

The final version of ThingsPro Gateway Series, v2.6.0 SP2 will be available by July 31, 2022, for download from the Moxa website. All issues reported from now until September 30, 2021, will be fixed in this final version. Please report issues to Moxa customer service by Sept 30, 2021.

Change Description:

ThingsPro Gateway Series software is being discontinued because a new generation software replacement the ThingsPro Edge Series has been released. ThingsPro Edge Series enables configuration of data transmission to Moxa IIoT Gateways using message groups and custom payloads to make it easier to overcome issues with respect to data exchange and the adaptation of the payload format used by cloud applications. Moreover, devices can be remotely managed from cloud platforms such as Azure IoT hub and AWS IoT Core using Device Twin and Device Shadow functions.
