End-of-Life (EOL) Notice for PC300 Series
This is an announcement of a change to a product that is currently offered by C&T Solution
Inc. The details of this change are on the following pages.
We request you acknowledge receipt of this notification within 30 days of the date of this
notice. Lack of acknowledgement of this notice within 30 days constitutes acceptance of the
change.
This notice does not change the end-of-life status of any product. Should product affected
be on a previously issued product withdrawal/discontinuance notice, this notification does not
extend the life of that product or change the life time buy offering/discontinuance plan.
Reasons of Change
After a thorough review of our existing product offering, we have made the determination to discontinue the PC300 Series in order to provide customers with more advanced products while more efficiently managing our product portfolio.

After a thorough review of our existing product offering, we have made the determination to discontinue the PC300 Series in order to provide customers with more advanced products while more efficiently managing our product portfolio.
Description of Change
Final Purchase Orders:
- The Last-Time-Buy (LTB) date is the final date when orders of the EOL device will be accepted.
- The LTB period of the PC300 Series will be starting from the PCN release date to March 31th, 2022. After the LTB date, C&T Solution cannot enter into negotiations regarding the purchase of this device.
- To ensure your last-time purchase orders are fulfilled on time, please present your final product demand in the form of a non-cancelable, nonreturnable (NCNR) purchase order as soon as possible.
- C&T may require an advanced deposit for the NCNR PO (purchase order).
- The last possible ship date (Last Ship Date) is June 30th, 2022. The actual ship date is dependent on the lead time.
- The End of Service (EOS) date would be December 26th, 2023, unless an extended warranty were requested before the LTB date.
- Please work with our sales representative to ensure smooth purchase orders and product transition.
Suggested replacement product:
- PC400 Series will be the recommended replacement product with a
similar form, function, or specification on the phase-out device. This
device will fulfill similar demand to the PC300 series moving forward.
However, this is offered as reference information only. C&T Solution
offers no guarantee that the suggested replacement device will have
exactly the same function or specification as the phase-out device. Please
contact C&T’s sales representative regarding more detailed information
on replacement products.
